Registration schedule

Registration is closed since the 19th of May. For any question regarding registration, please contact Lotta Anusionwu at (lpalmi[at]uiah.fi).

NB : Travel arrangements and accommodation should be done separately. Please check the “Travel information” section on this website for more information.

Registration fees

Cumulus members (speakers & participants) : 140 euros
Non-Cumulus speakers : 200 euros
Non-Cumulus members : 280 euros
Students* (sessions only) : 60 euros
Means of payment : credit card (through online payment service) or IBAN transfer.

* In order to register as a student, you are required to present proof of the student status. Please send simultaneously with your registration a clear copy of a valid student card or a letter from your institute indicating your status to lotta.anusionwu[at]uiah.fi.

YOUR REGISTRATION IS PROVISIONAL UNTIL THE ORGANIZERS HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PAYMENT! If you have difficulties in paying in advance, you can also pay at site in cash in euros but in that case, please contact Frédéric Degouzon (f.degouzon[at]lecolededesign.com) and Lotta Anusionwu (lpalmi[at]uiah.fi) to agree on an exception.

When your payment has arrived you will receive a letter by e-mail confirming your seat at the conference.

Receipts will be provided at the opening of the conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Policy for cancellation is the following :

** Before the 12th of May 2006

- Cancellation : no payment is required, fee will be refunded if the payment was already done (by IBAN transfer), minus the banking cost.
- Permutation : replacement of one person by another one from the same organisation with the same status is permitted.

** After the 12th of May 2006

- Cancellation : payment is required, there will be no refund. This includes no show during registration.
- Permutation : replacement of one person by another one from the same organisation with the same status is permitted.

In any case, this should be mentioned by email to the Cumulus secretariat (lotta.anusionwu@uiah.fi) and the ETHICS2006 secretariat (c.herter@lecolededesign.com).
