Guidelines for Full Papers
Up to 26 abstracts have been selected. Download the list of selected abstracts here (PDF).
Authors should follow these instructions carefully for the preparation of the full papers :
Length : full papers should be up to 6000 words max, plus illustrations and headings.
Content : each paper should contain at the beginning of the text an abstract of 200 words that summarize its aims, scope and conclusion. This should be followed by five to ten related keywords.
Do not forget to clarify the following points :
1 – Introduction of the subject and goals of the paper
2 – Background and issues
3 – Approach & methodology
4 – Context of the research
5 – Description of the work process
6 – Description of the findings
7 – Final conclusion and possible follow-ups
8 – Bibliography containing all the references cited in the text
Writing, references & style : please refer to the American Psychological Association (5th Edition) Publication Manual. Free description can be downloaded here :
Language : all papers must be written in English. Do remember that English is not the mother tongue of most of the audience, the style should therefore be kept direct and easy to read.
Submission : full papers will be submitted online through our extranet platform. See “Submissions and reviews” section.
Evaluation : comments will be provided to authors submitting a draft version of their paper before the 3rd of April 2006.
RTF and Word (.doc) formats are required
. File size must not exceed one megabyte (1mb) and illustrations shall not be included.
Schedule
Opening of the Call for Abstracts : 6th June 2005
Deadline for abstracts' submission : 1st December 2005
Final selection for full papers : January 2006
Intermediate deadline for the full papers’ draft versions : 3rd April 2006
Deadline for full papers' submission, final version : 1st May 2006
Lectures : Friday 16th June 2006
Proceedings : November 2006
